SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED

Hi,

I have a Kolkata Number : 9748849681, Pre-Paid connection. Presently I am using in Doha State of Qatar with International Roaming last 1 year its Working But now its showing "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" before that I am not getting any message. How can they are block this active number. Presently I am in Doha state Of Qatar. How can i solve this prob please help.
