Deduction of prepaid balance

Dear Sir / Madam,

As soon as the IPL got started, I started getting score updates and my and my prepaid balance amount used to get deducted. When I sent SMS to 121 as "STOP CRI". I got a message that it is not active. So, I tried to contact Customer Care sevaral times. Here they again deducted my amount but did'nt gave any solution nor I was allowed to talk to any one. "ITS HORRIBLE" CUSTOMER CARE - very poor Service.

PLS. STOP SENDING SMS of IPL SCORES and deducting amounts from my balance.
