Wrong deduction of balance and irresponsibility of customer care executives to handle the issue

I have taken AIRTEL connection number 8890688300 on 14th Apr evening and got the same recharged with 400.So talk time available was 404.After that the only internet usage was done on 15th morning. Since then the balance was getting deducted and till 6:30 in the evening the BAL was 0.When the same was brought into notice of the retailer, he checked the mobile settings and said that internet is not working and ideally the BAL should not get deducted. The same was then brought into notice of customer executive Vinay from Kota's Airtel store, he checked the mobile settings and said that internet is not working and ideally the BAL should not get deducted. Then the customer executive transferred the call to higher level authority Mr. Bhupinder 9829004972 and he was of the opinion that we cannot provide the balance back and also the solution to it is that you do not access your card for few days. Is this the responsibility of an organization to deal with dissatisfied customers? The only response got from the airtel as a group was there is no solution. My question is if they cannot handle the queries why are they here into business?
