Iam using an Airtel postpaid connection for last 5 years (9895058051) it is group connection. one of my close friend in the same group (9895038051) changed his bill plan to KMPL199 with an extra free offer of sms pack worth Rs 98. The very next day as my friend said i also contacted Airtel customer care and demanded for the same. they are ready to change the plan. but they refused to give me the sms pack which they gave for my friend. many times i contacted the cust.care and requested. they are saying that the perticular offer is expired. but how? within one day? iam always paying a bill amount or @ Rs 450-700 monthly for the last 5 years. still This discrimination against me have hurted me deeply. i never expected this from airtel. now i have only option to quit airtel using MNP.
