Had a connections in Airtel prepaid and i tried to change my Service provider to tata docomo (Which is FAR BETTER than AIRTEL in sevice). But after submitting the necessary documents to tata docomo with the Portal number, today i received a message that your request was cancelled by AIR TEL. When i contacted AIRTEL Customer care, they put me on hold for 15 min (more than 5 times and they charge 0.50 /3 min FOR THEIR USELESS SERVICE). Even after waiting so long, no one is bother to attend the call and it gets disconnected automatically...
