Deduction of balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Raman, using Airtel Prepaid Connection. I got activated internet pack on my no and when i used that service (which was free to use as i activated) the company charged me for that again and again. i called to customer care for that balance deduction but they a neglecting my complaint and are not ready to refund my balance. what should i do to teach them lession and balance refund, so that they can not do this kind of activity to others in future.
