Deduction of balance without any reason

Sir,

I have an airtel sim. Number is 8755280483. I have got activated the gprs service for 1 month of Rs.98.

On 21st of April I was surfing the net on youtube site. I was downloading a free video. Atonce I received

a message that U have been charged for Rs.7 but I downloaded nothing.

In the Next morning I phoned to customer care. I was not satisfied with his answer so I requested him to

have a word with his senior officer. The senior officer started abusing me after some time. I dont think so

that he was senior officer. The reference number of that call was "ROVDE40422001508". I want to say

what kind of peoples they have that abused instead of solving problems.
