Why you change plan

Hello sir, first i tell you that my plan is Rs 499/- but last two month your are genrated bill under plan rs. 599 why are you change my plan? I never send any requst for this plan so i request please change my plan under Rs. 499/- & give me Rs 18 100 =180 adjestment.
