Cheating in the name of lottery prize, unwanted services

Sir,

I, kiran ramdasrao pakde, Mob 9960720323 hereby submit my complaint against airtel mobile service provider for cheating me.

Sir, I had requsted for porting out to Airtel six days ago. Apperently I was not satisfied with the service. However two days ago the customer care executive of the company phoned me and promised to give better call rates and service and requested not to port out. So trusting his promises I took back my request for porting out.

But as soon as I began to enjoy the better call rates, I was given missed call by mo no. 923468618591. when I called back to know whose call was it I was told that my number has won a lottery of Rs 10 lacs. However I doubted about the purpose of the call and disconnected it at once.

And shockingly, I was charged Rs 10 for those ten seconds and after that I tried to contact customer care executive for several times but my call was cut everytime. and more Rs 5 were charged for socalled requesting service.

Sir, this is utter loot and cheating in the name of better services or so called better call rates. This is merely fooling the customers.

Sir, I would like to complain this service provider in your court and hope I will get justice.
