Why are you bluffing people when you can't keep your promises?

Respected sir,

I have Airtel connection (7760068277), Due to higher call rates and misbehaviour by the Airtel CS, I have applied for MNP. Airtel Retainment team pleaded me to stay with them and for that they offered me 10p/min Airtel 2 Airtel, 30p/min Airtel to Others, 50p/min Airtel to STD and 100 free local sms per day, as a lifetime offer if I stay with Airtel. I just got fooled by them and cancelled by MNP request. Even after cancelling out the MNP request my call charges were higher.

I called the Airtel CS again and demanded an explanation and i have complained severaL times but nothing has been done so far. They just goes on registring complaints but not solved yet. Follwing are complaint nos.
