Invalid balance deduction

The complaint is against 'AIRTEL' one of the leading mobile service providers in India.

I am repeatedly requesting to stop gclub.in service on my cell no 9810139082, but my request is not entertained & charged are deducted. please stop this service.

when i opted for no. porting the problem was resolved, all my deducted balance was given back but as soon as i decided to stay with the network, problem arised again.

i am fed up of this service.

and now i also cant talk to the customer care.

pls look into the matte
