Hi Sunil Sir,
PFA the chain mail which I have been writing to your company. No resolution been given till date.
Need you to intervene. I have sent the copy of the mails to TRAI & Ministers. You know it well that no one is going to do anything so your agents also behave in a same manner, the way you behave.
After listening to the whole story yolur agents reply -- He is unable to find why did I write a mail.
(Doesn't it sounds funny?) That proves that notes are not left on my a/c. Complaints never been marked.

Hi,
I thought you might be having all the complaints registered on my system.
I was in Delhi using the BB service from MTNL & a very satisfied customer. On
30th May when I moved to Noida (Ph: 0120-4211461) I got attracted to the
IPTV deal and the service was provided to me within no time.
Since then, I have gone through nightmares. Most of the time my Broadband was
not working. However TV was working..Time to time obstacles were there.
Engineer use to visit and it use to work for a time being.
Now, its is a torture, On every month after 18th My Broadband stops working &
I have to call customer services. They are good for nothing. Either they'll
place the call on long hold or terminate the call, if I ask them to escalate
the call further to their Supervisor or the Manager.
Luckily, I spoke to Mr. Sagar Dubey who was very apologetic, knowledgeable,
patient and has promised to reolve the query. He did not terminate my call in
the mid & assured to reolve the problem permanently. My complaint is nothing
against Mr. Dubey. I wish if Airtel has a team of Sagar Dubey's.
However, I have suffered for almost a year now. I have been paying the bills in
time without using the services. How are you going to compensate it. What
actions been taken till date for not resolving my problem? Is there anyone in
Airtel who can listen to those calls which were hung up on me without listening
my query.
I had a word with TRAI & the lady asked me to spk to Vikrant Pandey or Imran
Khan. However, when I called up the agents picked up the call and they were
extremely rude and said they won't escalate the calls further as they are not
in.
My question is why whenever any customer calls in for their problem why these
agents say that the next level is not in the office.
What is Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal is going to do about it?
