Wrong Plan

My telephone number is 0120 4334679 . I got my plan updated around a year back from 999 to 1899 . This connection is used by mother. I came home a month back and checked the plan and speed. I was shocked that the Airtel which has been charging 1899 for the past one year is yet to update the broadband speed. It is very sad that after repeated reminders and request nothing has been done as the customer care people keep referring to the technical department and vice versa.

Please help me out.
