Service stopped

My airtel prepaid no. is 8890824482, since 27 april in night about 8.30 p.m. my all mobile service has been stopped, although i've enough balance & validity.there is no incoming and outgong call & msgs and internet service. I've contacted to custmor care no. but they have no answer.please take appropriate action about it
