Misscall from ISD no. starting with 92

Hi,

From last several day i am receiving some miss call from ISD no. which is 923037263874. Today i have called back to this no, and come to know they are saying i have won some 25lk Rs. They saying that they are talking on behalf of Airtel.

As i am know that this is scam, so i just hangup the phone.

But the worse part is, to know more about this issue, and to inform i called up Airtel Customer care. After trying 30mins i reach to a guy at 9:57PM, named Mr. Harish (as he say). When i stated him my problem, he told me that he cant do anything becoz his system is down and told me he can do nothing. And he dont have any idea on this issue. I ask him to connect with TL, but he refuse to do so. Even he dont told me his TL name. I request him several time to connect me with his TL. But he straightly says, he cant do that.

This is our country's one of the leading Mobile service provider response on cyber crime. I wonder if this prank is related with any terrorist activity, then is Airtel will take any responsibility on this matter. I am looking forward for explanation of Airtel.
