Unnecessary deducting my account balance

Sir i have been a customer of airtel prepaid account my phone mo. Is 9928931744 within a month. My account has deducted 4 times at a total amount of 216 rupees unnecessary.i am complait about it to the costomer care but they have no solution. So what can i do if i can switch or port my to another network. Plz. Suggest me if you can. Thanx
