Deduction of balance without any information

Airtel subscriber deducted balannce from my prepaid account

witout any prior information. They just send a message that Rs 15and

Rs10 has been charged from your account for certain services.

But I have not sent any message for any such services. I am calling to

the customer care for last 3 hours but they are not picking the call.

They are illegally deducting balances from customer in the name of cervices.

So Sir please look into the matter. This is not only my problem.

Daily thousands of customer facing the same chronic problem.

They are not that much aware to complaine all these things.

That's why all these unscrupulous act of service providers go unheeded.
