Sim not working

I got MNP done on my mobile number from vodafone to airtel. My no. is 9736226119. My no got ported out on 5th May. Since then my airtel sim is not working and I am not able to use any services. I called Customer Care and they said the no is not registered and my retailer has told me that upon a previous complaint my no. has been duly ported in to airtel. Please do register my sim so that I can use the services.
