Deduction of prepaid balance

I am using Mob No. 9893334233. Without any request from my side Mobile company has activated Cricket message service on 23 March and started deducting the charges. Once I have seen messages are coming then checked the balances. I tried to contact to cutomer care through 121 and by mail to nodal officer as well as 121@airtel.in. But no action has been taken to stop service and reverse the charges. My Rs. 45/- has been deducted and my balance has gone to -8.00. Lastly I could contact to customer care on 30th Apr then they stopped service because my account was in minus eight rupees. I requested to reverse my 45/-. Still not reversed. When I charged my mobile Rs.8/- has been deducted.

Due to this activity I have been mentaly harssed by continuous messages as well as financial loss also.

Pl do the needful.
