Customer service not reachable for a week

I have a prepaid airtel connection.

On 9-may i got Rs.99 deducted from my balance. I got a message stating that they deducted the amount for downloading something, but the fact is i was not even using the phone at the time as i was travelling/driving. Im trying to contact the airtel prepaid customer care for the past 4 days, and their customer care number 9894198941 or 121 is not working.

Its a blunder that the nations largest telecom providers customer care number is not working for 5 days.
