HI MY NAME IS LAKISH SHAH I PURCHASE 2 SIM CARDS OF AIRTEL SALES WOMEN OF AIRTEL CAME TO MY HOME FOR MARKETING AND I PURCHASED 2SIM CARDS AND AFTER ACTIVATION OF MY CARD I COULD NOT GET PROPER SIGNAL IN BOTH SIMS AT MR HOME SO I TOLD THIS PROBLEM TO CALL CENTER THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 15 DAYS THEY SAYS PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED IN 15 DAYS BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THE SAME AND AIRTEL SEND ME THE BILL AND THE RECOVERY DEPARTMENT CALLED ME AND TALK TO ME WITH VERY ROUGH LANGUAGE WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT MY PROBLEM THEY SAYA YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BILLS SO THEY REDUSE SOME AMOUNT IN MY BILL AND ASK ME TO PAY I PAID THE BILL AND NOW I AM WATING FOR REFUND OF DEPOSIT AMOUNT AND I WANT ANSWER FROM THEM WHY THEY USE BAD LANGUAGE PROBLEM OF NETWORK FROM THEIR SIDE...
