Illegal blockage of sim

Sir,

I bought an airtel prepaid connection (number 8146573959) from Chandigarh on December 24 and immidiately got my sim recharged, I got a talktime of Rs. 326 with the condition that i shall have to recharge my prepaid once within 180 days to keep it working. I got it recharged 3-4 times with amount of Rs.100 each before 180 days and used the amount. To my utter surprise my sim has been blocked on 14th may i.e much before 180 days. I got it recharged on 10th May for Rs.100. I made enquiries from the customer care centre, I was thereby informed that my number has been blocked and it is not possible to restore it causing me great inconvenience and harrassment. It is therefore requested that necessary action should be taken against Airtel company and I shall be compensated for inconvenience and harrassment due to the negligence of the company.
