Deduction of balance

I recharged my mobile with Rs.175 (1500 local airtel minutes with one month validity) on 9th may.i used it till 14th may n till had 1082 minutes left but they (airtel) expired my minutes. When i complained they registered it and said that they'll contact me on17th but they never did so.n I've been repeatedly trying to call them at 198 but nobody is even receiving my call!!!

I'm sick of Airtel eating my money at whim!!!

please tell a legal recourse against them??

I want 2 sue this fraud company.
