I am getting charged for untalked minutes

Hi

My name is Satyanarayana, i am using Airtel prepaid connection from past one year, my mobile number is 9994426636. if i do call to andhra pradesh or Bangalore i am getting charged 30 paisa for minute. while talking if cut the phone on 4.59 seconds, i should get charge for 5 minutes, but i am not getting charged for 5 minutes, instead i am getting charged for 6 minutes. i got same problem several times. i am not happy with this problem. i may change from airtel network to other network.
