This is with reference to the complaint # F867885846. I J. Rakesh bearing Mobile # 9849699783 postpaid connection using your Airtel service for more than 6 Years, this is first kindly pathetic and disregard service which I have come accrossed from past One month from your Customer care. Let me narrate the issue.
In April’2011 third week I received a SMS from you AD-Service saving that you have crossed the Credit limit so please pay otherwise will have to discontinue the service. On 25th of May’2011 between 7:00 to 8:00 PM IST I have spoken to your escalation department person. I have asked that what is Credit limit and who has assigned it without prior notice giving to the customer and why are you asking to pay me when I am paying my monthly bill. When I took the connection there was so credit limit assigned to my number. The concern person said that due to technical problem you might have received the message will see to it that henceforth you will be not be getting this kind of messages. He also told that your services will not be bared and he also told me to wait till May’21 so that you billing will be generated and he will call back me with clarifications. Above mentioned discussion has been recorded so please cross check once.
On May 18th I received the SMS saving that please pay 5100 credit limit within 24 Hrs or else will be out outgoing will discontinue the service. This message really frustrated me and again I have given a call to your customer care and spoken to Sunitha form Escalation Department and narrated the above mentioned issue to her. I also told her very clearly told that if you cannot provide the solution please get in touch with your senior person and clarify me in 24 Hrs till that time please do not Bar my outgoing services. I also asked her if you are in my place will you pay 5100? Her Answer was “NO”. As a Airtel employee when she is not ready to pay than how a customer will be paying. In spite of above mentioned discussions no body from Airtel have called till now. This shows how well you treat or receive customer. You team doesn’t even have courtesy to call me back with the right solution and in advertisement you say “WE ARE THE BEST”

Unfortunately on May 19th my outgoing services were bared and got SMS on very next day stating that pay the Rs.5100 to continue the services.
This clearly states that Airtel Customer care has lot of stop gaps, communication problem, pathetic customer care and many more. Airtel spends lot of money for branding, but with this kind of serve de-branding started in the market and customer with no choice will shift to other service provider.
