Airtel send me an calling-offer with capping plan via sms and later they charged me per call for all the calls made and sent me a bill close to Rs1800.When called about it I was told that the offer was withdrawn and they denied sending the sms and asked me to visit an Airtel outlet which I refused and they miscommited on resolution several times.

When finall called to cancel the a.c I was offered a refund of Rs150 and told that I've to visit an Airtel outlet. I told them that I've just been home from hospital after a major operation I was told by a guy named Neeraj in retention that I can either go visit a Airtel outlet or payup the whole bill.
