Incoming Call Detail

I have been asking for the incoming call detail of my mobile number from last few days. I am surprised to know that Airtel simply ignored this request despite of my loyatly with them. I ahve been contemplating to switch the operator, but very unfair that the incoming call detail for my own mobile number is not being provided.

Is there any regulatory obligation? I need this call detail at the earliest. Any help in this regard will be appreciated,
