Over deduction of call charges

Sir this is in regard of my prepaid airtel mobile no. 9897136252, which i got recharged under scheme of rs. 34 where calling rates reduce to 1.99 per minute to uk, cannada & us. i got it recharged on 22-05-11 at 11.16 am. after that i make a call to uk at 08.13 pm for 2 min 01 sec. and charged rs 27. i complaint for it to 198 at 8.20 pm and next day 11.24 am but cant give me satisfactry answer and also didn't short out my complaint.

i hope u will help me to shortout this matter and make a justiceful decision
