Activation of Value added Services without my concent

My Mobile Number - 9960216221

1) Some unwanted VAS like Movies - city info service & Airtel Messenger were activated on my number without my knowledge. Your customer care executives promised to refund Rs. 21/- in to my account for these unnecessary services which were not activated by me. (Please find the mail below.)

2) Not more than few days after discontinuing these 2 services and asking for sincere apologies by your customer care, they activated another VAS - Hungama Content Game from Airtel, on my mobile (what rubbish!!), again without my knowledge. It also cost me Rs. 10/- deducted from my account. I again mailed your ‘so called’ customer care, which promised to return Rs. 30/- (Previous Rs. 20/- Rs. 10/-). (Don’t know the account of Rs.1/-. But I have made my mind after experiencing Airtel’s customer care, if they can keep such wonderful customer care peoples, no wonder they can also keep faulty calculators. No regrets!!) Well, I haven’t received this money yet after nearly 1.5 - 2 months of making promise.

3) If all this poor show was not sufficient, Airtel has activated VAS – Comedy Zone on my mobile, that too without my permission. This time too, deduction of Rs.10/- took place. This service was active for 5 days, costing me Rs.5/- again. I have discontinued it today.

I want the account of this money (Rs. 46 – Rs. 21 Rs. 10 Rs. 10 Rs. 5) which Airtel have deducted from my mobile WITHOUT MY PERMISSION and I WANT IT REFUNDED in to my main account (and not into other SMS accounts like *123*2# and so) immediately. Don’t make me scapegoat of the mistakes made by your customer care executives or your automated system or whatever it is.

Every time I mail Airtel's customer care e-mail, the reply is always some sort of auto generated mail edited by their so called 'executives'.

Request airtel authorities to look into this matter very seriously and return my deducted money.
