Subrata Communication at Naihati, North 24 Parganas, Pin-743165 on March and I am submitting proper document & Photo graph at the time of purchase of SIM Card but at present I know that my name & address is wrong name and address entry in your data file.

In this connection, please also note that at preset my mobile connection is STOP due to address proof.
