No Response From Airtel

Hi

Its been so long still complaint didn't resolved and i m getting calls from Neha - 9989333969. She is abusing me and harring in such way which makes me felt very bad. I don't feel its the right behaviour from Airtel.

If your executives could't able to stand on there words how can you expect the customer will stay with Airtel. They settled my account and i paid them but they didn't delivered the Settlement letter which is totally unfair

I need resolution at the earliet.
