Subscribing me to the services I don't want

I want to complaint against Airtel Mobile Service Provider which subscribes me to the services that I don't want to subscribe to and neither I do. Today on 27/05 at 07:46 pm somebody from Airtel has subscribed me to the Voice Chat Service and Rs 30 amount has got deducted from my balance.

This is not the first time that this kind of thing happens with me. Previously also they have done the same 3 or 4 times and when I try to complaint in the customer care they simply reply that I have subscribed the service and even if not, the amount cannot get back and we will try that it will not happen again. And again the same thing happens like today itself.
