Wrong balance deduction

My mobile number is 9960536784.

I have complained this before that on my number services are activated automatically and balance is deducted .but still this is going on and on 27/05 2011 around 4pm airtel mobile tv was automatically activated and my 15rs were deducted.

I have not activated any service personally. PLEASE HELP ME TO TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THIS TYPE OF FRAUD
