Rejecting MNP

Since from MNP Commencement I am Tryng for MNP from airtel to Any other Network providers. But Airtel rejecting my Application.recently on 27/05 my porting request AX915287 has been rejected by my service provider (Airtel) as i got the message from Vodafone that "Hello! Your porting request AX915287 Dated 27 May has been rejected by your Current operator due to There are subsisting contractual obligations from subscriber agreement" is there any solution for this problem? Can TRAI solve such problems of innocent customers
