Regarding delay in number portability

I want to port out my number from relience to airtel. My number which i want to port out is 9381022139. I have summited all my documents in airtel coustomer care on 26th and they told me that to port out your number it will take a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 7 days. And till today my number has not bean ported out. When i am calling relience coustomer care they are saying to call airtel coustomer care we donot even receive any request to port out this number and when i am calling to airtel coustomer care then they are telling to contact relience coustomer case we donot have any details about this number.
