Wrong balance deduction

My number is 9960536784.before this complaint i have made this complaint many times but still balance is deducted wrongly. On 31/05 15rs were deducted for airtel mobile tv.but i have not activated this service and on 02/06 2011 5rs were deducted for a service which i have not activated.

Please help us to stop this type of FRAUD.
