Ineffectiveness of customer service

Hi,
My name is Arul Silin Ninchal, I am with airtel service for more than six years, here the problem is ineffectiveness of customer service, my airtel number is 9894675668, from this number it is very hard to reach the customer service, so I tried from another number (i.e.) 9940575867, the representative transfers the call to his supervisor, I am waiting online for more than 45 minutes (1 june 9.00am -9.45am), but no one turned back, once again I tried from my number it has been blocked.
My complaint is that, on 24th of last month approximately they have taken around Rs.50 for data usage even though I had sufficient data balance, I called for refund and they assured for refund, but I didn’t received it, like wise on 31st of May they have charged 30 without my authentication, the representative assured me I will refund it, till no use, then I send port message to change the network then somebody contacted me and told me I will refund and gave some offers inorder to hold me. I had some questions to you
1. Being a prestigious institution why they are behaving like this? (many of my friends having these complaints)
2. Why it’s hard to reach customer service?
3. Why they are making the customer to wait for such a long time? 45 minutes
4. Why customer service ignoring the customers & irritating?
5. How to claim the compensation for that?
6. Will I get solution?
