Phone not working

I am a resident of east delhi and have an office in old delhi . i have got the fixed line phones for airtel at both the places . but i m facing a lot of problems with airtel services since long . the phone at my residence is very old connection . the instrument installed by the company is always the repaired one . so we face problems always . the phone is not working since around 2 weeks and we are trying to launch complaint for that, but the IVR system of the customer care doesnt seems to have any complaint option . we are totally harassed at the hands of airtle company.
