Sir,

I don't know why regulary some balance is deducted from my total balance.

when i called to customer care they told me to unsubscribe from WAP.

But I don't know how to unsubscribe it and what get subscribed.

When I called again they cut the phone and give no response.

please update my balance to origional one.

As this was not my fault.
