I recharged an amount of Rs.200 of Airtel having transaction Id.:253371179 on 03, june at 19:41:04. The mobile number belongs to Faridabad, but, as i was in roaming in Orissa, i recharged my number there. In Faridabad, i used to get Rs.179.32 as talktime, but when i recharged in Orissa, i got only Rs.1 as talktime. Where did the rest balance go? please advice.
