Balance deduction

Airtel is real cheat. They sent an SMS informing me that I have been charged Rs.10 for downloading a Game... whats is this nonsense... though my no. is in DND, still thay send unnecessary msgs and calls. The height of cheatness is, they deducted my Rs.30 balance twice in the night, how could they do it, and when i called the customer care, a lady said that she dont have the details of my transaction..I mean what is the need of customer care then... i wasted my Rs.2 there for no reason..

I have been with Airtel since 6 years are have two SIMs of it. But now they have broken my trust.
