Money Deducted but balance not credited

I had applied for airtel prepaid mobile recharge of Rs. 300 for Number 8420728642 on dated 3.06.10 in website freerecharge.com. My Log in Id is siba1988@gmail.com. Rs 310 has been deducted from bank account but mobile recharge not done

Kindly Solve this matter as soon as possible.
