Depletiong of money from main account

Nothing has been resolved yet

On Sat night 4/6 again the depletion from my main account was more than Rs.145/- and I have lodged the complain with 198

Once again today evening 7/6 the depletion is of around Rs.40/-

I am really fed up by your contineous assurances

Now please advice me I should recharge or not I have already lost lots of money
