Unfair Balance Deduction

Dear Sir,

Today Rs.76/- deducted from my prepaid a/c. The message I received was as follows. Rs76/- charged for the last call duration 00:00:00. After that I tried to call customer care for atleast ten times, every time I opt to talk to customer care executive its says thank you for calling airtel, and disconnects the call. What should I do? I opted for MNP and changed my network from vodafone to airtel 15 days back, I never faced such kind of unfair deduction problem in vodafone, i'm very much disappointed with this act. Kindly take evasive action and revert at the earliest ..
