Excess deduction Rs30/ at own

Airtel has a deducted Rs 30/ from my deposit pre.paid mob no9871371896 on 04-6. just after receiving there call to suscribe for a song on the optionn/ Immediately. on hearing the message from Airtel discontact the voice. NO OPTION WAS SELECTED BUT EVEN THEN THEY HAVE DEDUCTED Rs 30/. Contacted several time on cusmer care but they did ni pay heed. Since no service has been used, Airtel should re-credit Rs 30/ immediately.
