Auto subscribing

I have been subscribed for IPL live cricket scores and airtel live TV at an amount of Rs 40 without any subscribing request from me. Later on after calling to airtel customer care, I was unsubscribed for the above subscriptions and promised this wouldn't repeat. After a month I was again subscribed to airtel live TV for Rs150, I didn't even get proper response on callimg to customer care regarding refunding.
