I called on Airtel customer service today to ask if I have an option to recharge my cellphone online. To the shock of my life, I was answered by a guy called Vishal who initially started talking in Marathi. I continued speaking in English as I was not comfortable talking in Marathi, I noticed & then was very sure that the representative was badly drunked or in some other intoxication that he could not even talk properly. He called for the supervisor but he hunged up on me. I called back the same number & asked for the guy but I was told that its the policy that I cannot speak to the same guy again or cant even speak to the supervisor. I fail to undersand, how can such a reputed organization hire such nonsense characters who are deeply unprofessional. I decide to quit this service & would recommend the same to people I know in this world.
Guys please be professional if not humans..
