Dear Sir

i wanted to switch to airtel from bsnl and for that i have applied for MNP in your Airtel store on 17th of may. After completing all the formalities i have got one sim from your side. i was told that your current no. will be transfer on 7th day and then you need to put this airtel sim in the mobile.but after 7days my bsnl sim get dead and when i put airtel sim, it is also not working (unregistered sim is showing)

Why you people are not starting my services.my number is dead from both the side. bsnl has aprooved my request of MNP through SMS.
