Alance deduction

I have an internet package recharged with 2 GB free memory.i downloaded a game from a website on 4/6.clearly it was shown in the website that this game is free.why the airtel company deducted Rs. 75 for the same? when i asked the customer care they told that this is the right deduction. My quest is that when it has a cost of Rs.75 then why there was not any pompt for the user asking for agreement of charge deduction.i want my amount back.the bmalance was deducted from 9958348793.my mo no is 8826604177.
