Dear sir
Airtel activated a value added service worldcupvideosatRs5 without asking for it. I requested for stopping it in may but I kept on getting the messages. So I complained five times. They still did not do anything about it. They charged me again in the next bill. When I again complained and refused to pay the bill they finally deactivated this service. Now the amount they had charged had to be reverted for which they registered a complaint no. 37905938. There was a very rude lady on the service side she said they will charged me for the service. The reason I activated it and all the complaints I made were regarding network issues and non specific reasons of value services. When I said I'll leave Airtel she said no issues. This is the way they cheat poor consumers. If they charged me 100 Rs Apprx and they charge 1000000 customers they swindle criers so easily. A great way to pay off the bribes in the 2 g scams. It's the mother of all consumer scams.

The people at Airtel wake up. I have paid an average bill of 2000 since the last 4 years.
